It took me a while to figure out that I had already "displayed images" on this email I recd. in my Gmail Account from United Airlines. This further stresses the need for rendering tools (especially for lists this large), and testing campaigns. Check out our
rendering study on this exact topic.
Here is what it looked like with images blocked, and subsequently unblocked. Not much difference. I review email all day, every day, and almost missed the content completely.
